Santa Cake course

During this Santa Cake course you will learn how to prepare, carve and stack cake to create the base for the Santa shape. You will then be shown how to coat the cake professionally and finish with all the trimmings. This is a lovely cake for your Christmas table.

Other information

All equipment, cakes, and other resources will be provided on the day and is included in the cost of this course.

This class would be suitable for the beginner as well as for those who have some sugar craft knowledge. Each technique will be fully explained and help will be given to individuals throughout.

The course runs from 10am until 4pm and you will need to bring along a packed lunch. Hot and cold drinks will be available throughout the day.

The course cost is £70 for the day.

A non refundable deposit of £20 will be required when booking the course. The balance must be paid in full by 1st November 2012.

Please note that our normal cancellation policy does not apply for Christmas bookings. If your balance is not paid by the due date we will assume you no longer require the place.

Included in this course fee is all equipment use and ingredients. You just turn up and everything will be provided
